Work Location: This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University - Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by end of 2024. Shuttle buses are provided.

Core Responsibilities

  • Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise measurementand other dimensional measurement on products, elementsper GIA standard

  • V n hành máy CMM đ đo chính xác các kích th ướ c trên s n ph m theo tiêu chu n GIA

  • Practice other dimensional measurement as per required in quality plan

  • Th c hành đo kích th ướ c theo yêu c u trong k ế ho ch ch t l ượ ng

  • Evaluate the elements vs.specifications, including visual, dimension and functionalto determine quality level

  • Đánh giá các y ế u t so v i thông s k thu t , bao g m tính tr c quan , kích th ướ c ch c năng đ xác đ nh tiêu chu n ch t l ượ ng

  • Trend prediction via data analysis by basic statistical methods

  • D đoán xu h ướ ng thông qua phân tích d li u b ng các ph ươ ng ph á p th ng c ơ b n

  • Mouldingaudit and track for non-conformity (NC) improvement status

  • Ph trách ki m tra khuôn và theo dõi tr ng thái c n c i thi n cho các tr ườ ng h p NC

  • EHS audit in the assigned areas

  • Ph trách ki m tra v ph n an toàn t i khu v c đ ượ c giao

  • Validate and maintain proper working condition of the CMM

  • Report to Calibration/MetrologyEngineerfor data and any abnormality of the equipment, processes

Do you have what it takes?

  • A minimum of 3 year experience with AutoCAD and CMM users

  • Mechanical skill and technical drawing reading ability
