Core Responsibilities

  • Drives communication of our consumers’ voice for CSE, Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) and the LEGO Group through provision of survey and contact analysis

  • Reviews consumer survey data, including voice and text comments, and creates insights and trend reporting

  • Produces Product Team reporting into focused areas of consumer insight, utilising CSE contact data in connection with other data sources

  • Builds consumer journey focused insights and reporting focused on solving issues and supporting improvement initiatives

  • Works with partner business teams to proactively define analytic questions, scopes of work and align on priorities, all the while challenging status quo beliefs through insights

  • Collaborate in cross-functional projects using data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities

  • Analyses performance from a well-rounded view, transforming raw data into measurable insights using data points from Quant and Qual platforms, working across all CSE’s channels/consumer touchpoints

  • Presents results of analytical initiatives and insight activities to partners

LEGO Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE) has the objective of putting the voice of the consumer at the heart of everything we do, providing the insights to drive data-based decision making at all levels.

We are looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst to bring their skills with data analysis, insights creation and communication to contribute to our growth and development. Our data comes from a wide range of interactions with consumers, from phone calls to chatbots to social media, and is evolving all the time. We have the vision to fully utilise this data to drive consumer-focused decision making across the business, and this position will play a key role in driving the realisation.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Advanced data analytics, modelling, and visualisation skills, including use of Power BI or Tableau and the delivery of this in-person and remotely

  • Shown experience delivering consumer focussed deep-dive reports with strong storytelling narratives via presentations that motivate change

  • Ability to utilise various data sources to synthesise insights

  • Experience working with databases, producing data analytics, reporting and dashboards to monitor and communicate performance metrics, including the automation of these

  • Excellent communication and partner management skills, including proactively defining questions, scope, and delivery

  • Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with cross-functional project teams

  • Engagement and understanding of other business areas, data/insights sources, strategies, challenges

  • Experience with programming languages like SQL or Python would be advantageous
