The Senior Manager, Content Partnerships & Distribution – APAC & MEA is a meaningful member of the Entertainment Partners and Content team. The role will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of our entertainment content across the region, and focusing on establishing new partnership, optimizing existing relationships with content platforms across linear, SVOD, AVOD, FAST.

Core Responsibilities

  • Help to develop and cultivate strong relationships with key networks and platform partners in the APAC & MEA regions.

  • Identify new content distribution and partnership opportunities in priority markets within APC & MEA and achieve revenue targets and goals.

  • Meet with existing and potential partners on a regular basis to give and receive updates on ongoing projects.

  • Take the lead in negotiating and ensuring contracts are completed.

  • Work with leader with regional business development efforts.

  • Drive innovation in content distribution, seeking out and recommending new opportunities and business models to deliver LEGO Content to key target audiences.

  • Enter agreements into rights management system.

  • Supervise and track impact of content & assist with content analysis and reporting.

  • Work closely with regional & local markets on optimizing the impact of the content and jointly bringing to bear local marketing activities.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5-7 years direct experience in the content/entertainment business

  • Strong established network of contacts across industry

  • Sales and negotiation – lead and ensure the sales and negotiations cycles are approached in a thoughtful and comprehensive manner to ensure business objectives are met.

  • Legal knowledge as it relates to entertainment and contract development.

  • Strong Communication skills – written and verbal.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Creative Thinking – Looks at our brand, franchises, and content strategy and think of innovative ways to bring them together.

  • Innovation – Work with our media partners to help bring new and never-been-done-before opportunities for our company. Help resolve right ones and brings them to life in impactful ways.

  • Relationship Building - Practices the ability to be personal and develop a strong understanding and desire to do what’s best for the team.
