Job Description

We are hiring for an internship with a minimum commitment of 6 months starting from January 2024. Please indicate your available dates in your Cover Letter and submit your CV together with unofficial transcripts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support by resolving incidents and completing service requests.

  • Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications within the Singapore Hub (Singhub) office

  • Providing onsite support to solve physical IT issues

As part of the Global End-User Support organization, you will have the opportunity to help us to optimize the usage of business technologies to increase the productivity of The LEGO Group, in this case, your focus will be to ensure that Singhub is enabled with the company IT Technology to support all employees.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Diploma and above (Major in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is preferred)

  • Effective communication skills to partner with team members

  • General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and MS Office applications
