This will be an 8-month parental leave cover position starting 1st August 2024.

Core Responsibilities

The goal of the Our LEGO Agency is to create game-changing, cross-platform work for the LEGO Group.

Doing this requires creative social content and communications that are built for purpose, targeted and effective across our channels.

A campaign strategist will use cultural, behavioral and channel insights to inspire creatives as they create content that cuts through the clutter and reaches its intended audience.

This requires someone with a clear knowledge and insights across social/digital touchpoints, and ability craft clear narratives based on how people are consuming content in Asia.

  • To be a part of the creative ideation process for social and digital content.

  • To develop clear/concise content plans for digital/social platforms based on strong media consumption insights.

  • To work closely with creatives to track effectiveness of assets produced across multiple touchpoints.

  • To work with partners to maintain a knowledge base on best practices and insights across all digital/social platforms.

  • To develop and build a strong audience insights for our marketing campaigns

  • To be able to present ideas clearly and strategically to market partners

The LEGO Agency is a newly formed part of the TLG that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group both developing Global Campaigns and also covering 4 main regions – AMS, EMEA, China & APAC.

The LEGO Agency China, is focused on developing End-2-End campaigns for APAC – occasion campaigns and amplifying global campaigns with a regional twist – including full value chain from campaign strategy to final ins-store solutions.

The role of Campaign Strategist will work within the creative team and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our campaigns

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven track records and experience in content or strategy related roles

  • Experience in social media marketing

  • Strong strategic portfolio

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and their requirements.
