LEGO MG Retail marketing is leading and driving the marketing priorities across omni channels in China Market Group. We are part of the global retail shopper activation team to share China voice and in line with global direction.

We build and elevate retail experiences thru x-functional collaborations in an innovative and agile way.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the Integrated Commercial Plan and yearly retail marketing calendar alignment across all offline channels.

  • Drive the integrated brand campaign and strategic project process with x-functional team.

  • Lead and drive the strategic initiatives/projects and budget management in a centralized and structured way.

  • Explore and drive China MG retail marketing excellence to elevate all executions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.

  • Strong insights and retail marketing experiences of the market/channel.

  • Strong perspective combined with strong executional skills.

  • Excellent x-functional communication skills.

  • Proficient written and spoken English and Mandarin.
