Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategy in toy specialist channel ensuring the business delivery achieve sales target.

  • Lead the new retail account development to enlarge the coverage with strategic partners.

  • Track commercial momentum and identify business opportunities through data insights to drive fast business development.

  • Efficient collaboration with cross functional stakeholders, include channel marketing, operations, customer development and related global stakeholders.

  • Analyze daily sales data, evaluate promotion results, effectively interpret outputs and provide robust recommendations.

  • Support team capability building and individual development through strong leadership and coaching skill.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

  • 8+ years of KA business management experience with proven records, FMCG experience is preferred.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, innovation and branding mindset.

  • Leadership experience to lead diversified team for capability development with strong coaching skill.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skill.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skill.

  • Good understanding of a diverse international organization.

  • Fast leaner, adaptable and can-do attitude.

  • Proficient written and spoken English and Mandarin.
