Core Responsibilities:

  • Order management :create order and drop delivery note in SAP system, closely collaborate with stakeholders e.g., customers, demand planner, warehouse/logistics to ensure the optimal flow of goods based on OMrules and regulations. Proactively clean open orders and follow up with variance between order/quotation.

  • Customer claims and returns :Support customer claims and returns, including investigate claims ensuring that required information is accurate,processed in agreed timelinesand complaint with approval process; coordinate the return of physical goods with customers, warehouse/logistics staffsand creation of credit and debit notesaccordingly.

  • Fill rate reporting to customers and internally. Take follow-up actions if needed.

  • Order to Cash proess governance, be able to handle some ad-hoc requests e.g., monthly reconciliation, customer ship-to change coordination with customer logistics function, etc.

  • Other proactive support e.g., share CCC certifications, Customs declaration form, etc to customers with certain approval process.

You will be part of Operations team and have chance to work with both internal and external partners.

Through the daily operations and collaborations with partners, you might get a wholistic view about the overall process and strong knowledge not only in customer operations area but also in other functional areas, eg. Warehouse/distribution, planning, import/export etc.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 23 years working experience in customer operationsorrelevant function.

  • College degree or above is preferred.

  • Have experience of ERP system and be interested in learning new systems.

  • Proficient use MS office tools, especially on excel and PowerPoint.

  • Fluent English both in verbal and written.

  • Detail oriented, Continuousimprovement mindset.

  • Good commutation skill, Collaboration mindset.

  • Retail industry or FMCG background would be preferred.
