Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

eComm Distribution Development

To support e-commerce distribution growth, we are seeking for a Key Account Manager to take care of business on PDD platform (拼多多), who will be responsible for developing LEGO outlet Store &LEGO Brand Station.

Sales Planning

  • Be responsible for planning and managing full year sales plan of PDD LEGO Outlet Store &LEGO Brand Station, ensure implementation of yearly/monthly/weekly operation plans to drive sales

  • Manage investment including budget/expense planning, campaign and promotion execution, and progress tracking.

Platform Engagement

  • Develop independent joint business plan with PDD Platform

  • Establish and continuous optimize a sustainable business model on PDD Platform.

Sales Operation& Execution

  • Make sales and inventory plan, with collaboration with operation team and drive order management in outlet store to ensure healthy in-stock rate.

  • Optimize products segmentation for various marketing and sales purpose in line with portfolio strategy and platform specialties.

  • Collaborate with channel marketing team on campaign execution to drive sales and enlarge brand awareness.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree, in a business-related field preferred

  • 5 years+ experience in E-commerce industry.

  • Well-known brand Tmall Flagship store, JD.com, PDD, VIP managed experiences is better.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong strategical and logical mindset

  • Strong data insight, data analysis capability

  • Knowledge on online retail market, able to breakdown sales target to details building blocks like traffic, portfolio, campaigns etc.
