Job Description

Working time:

9am-6pm, able to work at least 6 months (3-5 days per week)

Working Content :

Provide End-user Support by resolving incidents and completing service requests.

Workplace IT devices maintenance including meeting rooms, phone booth and working stations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Log End-user incidents and Service requests into system.

  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. (Including Windows & macOS)

  • Workplace IT devices maintenance including Meeting rooms, Phone booth and working stations.

  • Assist in the IT Asset management process by updating and documenting changes into the system.

  • Provide basic training and guidelines to end-users.

  • Other IT related work.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is preferred.

  • Knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Operating system, and MS Office applications; able to install, diagnose, fix general hardware & software issues.

  • English speaking and writing skills.

  • Strong communication skills.
