Job Description
Working time:
9am-6pm, able to work at least 6 months (3-5 days per week)
Working Content :
Provide End-user Support by resolving incidents and completing service requests.
Workplace IT devices maintenance including meeting rooms, phone booth and working stations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Log End-user incidents and Service requests into system.
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. (Including Windows & macOS)
Workplace IT devices maintenance including Meeting rooms, Phone booth and working stations.
Assist in the IT Asset management process by updating and documenting changes into the system.
Provide basic training and guidelines to end-users.
Other IT related work.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Operating system, and MS Office applications; able to install, diagnose, fix general hardware & software issues.
English speaking and writing skills.
Strong communication skills.
