Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive inventory (customer inventory, LDC inventory) status tracking, analysis and optimization processes.

  • Leverage data tools to provide independent view of in-stock and retail inventory tracking and analysis by channel to enable Demand Planning team and channel assortment planners with faster and better decisions on assortment selling-in and inventory management.

  • Establish and execute comprehensive process on LDC inventory management, including close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

The scope of the Market Operations team is to work closely with sales and marketing teams to reflect short term and long term business opportunities and risks through demand planning that requires continuous improvement of mix error, as well as solid execution of customer order and other customer services, built upon entire S&OP process.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelar degree or above.

  • 5+ years experience of inventory management and / or demand planning in a consumer goods or retail company.

  • Experience of similar roles with strong commercial sense.

  • Proven record of strong stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Strong data analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Strong oral and written communication capabilities in both Chinese and English.

  • An independent, dedicated individual with highly responsible nature and ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges and self-motivated to explore through ambiguity.

  • Open mindset, willingness and pro-activeness of collaboration.

  • Curious and open to learn new topics and new skills constantly.

  • Major in mathematics or statistics is a plus.

  • Experienced with relevant data tools including Tableau or Power BI is a plus
