We are looking for an expert and dedicated digital marketing manager to join our team for the Xiaohongshu platform and social account management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the platforms’ mechanisms, rules, and operations. They will be skilled in demonstrating and integrating resources to improve brand benefits on the platform. Additionally, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration, particularly during large-scale campaign activities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Co-develop Xiaohongshu platform strategies and implement campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

  • Drive collective efforts with cross-functions (brand team, media team, sales channels, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand objectives and guidelines.

  • Conduct data analysis to supervise performance, identify trends, insights, and opportunities in Xiaohongshu platform to optimize and refine strategies to achieve goals.

  • Develop strong relationships with key partners, both internally and externally. Leverage platform features and resources to improve brand exposure and benefits.

  • Manage key LEGO owned social accounts (including Wechat, Weibo, Bilibili and other potential new platforms) by always-on social content and related engagement activities. Work with multiple resources to plan and supply content, distribute it across social accounts, and iterate regularly upon performance.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of internet and digital marketing experience, with a focus on social marketing as a plus.

  • A bachelor’s degree would be preferred, MBA is a plus.

  • Validated hands-on experience with related brands in leading Xiaohongshu platform. Deep understanding of Xiaohongshu’s mechanisms, rules, content operations, and commercial impact.

  • Strong insights into the Chinese social landscape. Digital content savvy.

  • Proficient in data analysis and applying data-driven insights to advise strategic decision-making.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across teams.

  • Strong sense of mission, self-motivated with can-do attitude

  • Native in Mandarin and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
