Working within the A&I organization in our commercial department is being at the forefront of the company's data driven journey. We are shaping how our commercial performance narrative is being told across the company.

Core Responsibilities

Sr. Data specialist for B2BeComwillbe responsible for:

  • Building gold layers in Data Bricks, creating the data foundation for which to obtain insights and build reports.

  • Building global scalable reports for the wider organization

  • Partnering with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Finance, product development etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential businessstrategies

  • Being a driver of creating scalable analytics solutions

  • Working closely with digital product team to ensure datapipelines

  • Being a subject matter expert on B2BeComrelated data such as Amazon

  • Working together with analytical partners and key business stakeholders to ensure the right solutions are beingbuildto obtain insights

As a Sr Data Specialist within the LEGOGroupyou will workactively withunlocking the value of data by being part of the creation and enablement of data and analytical products across the organization.

As part of the A&I Enablement Team in commercial Analytics & Insights you will be part of shaping the foundation for the commercial performance narrative of the LEGO Group. You will be part of driving the creation of a global scalable data foundation where you will build up gold layers inDataBricksand create global reports for the organization in Power BI.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate holds an educational degree within a business-related field, such as Business Intelligence / information management / Analytics, or equivalent working experience withstrongtrack record.

Moreover, we are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience with Power BI at an advanced level

  • Strong skills in SQL and/or Python

  • Experience with building data foundation in layers (gold layers) inDataBricksor similar platform

  • Vast knowledge from working with B2B eCommerce data sources, such asAmazon

Furthermore, the candidate willdemonstrate:

  • Understanding of data architecture and tools

  • Initiative and drive to work on tasksproactively

  • Enthusiasm about driving value fromdata

  • Strong communication& facilitation skills
