Not onlyyou willbe responsible forbuilding plans for theportionof our amazingLEGO®portfolio, but you will actively support the whole team by driving efficiency and accuracy of our demand!

This position is offered on the fixed term contract as the parental leave cover.

Core R esponsibilites

  • Through data-analytics and efficient dialogues with keystakeholdersdeliver an unbiased andaccurateforecast.

  • Own the long-term inferred demand forecast both sell in and consumer sales for set of LEGO Themes for up to a 20-month horizon.

  • In close collaboration with Global Data Science team drive the analysis andutilizationof Statistical model (machine learning).

  • Ensure that demand plan accurately reflects known marketing, product launch and promotional activities for long-term horizon.

  • Develop andmaintaindashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI for EMEA region.

  • Together with a Demand Planning Manager co-lead monthly submission process following demand plan approval.

  • Provide technical and analytical support for a Sr. Demand Planning Manager during the monthly S&OP cycle.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for demand planning processes,toolsand reports.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong understanding of Statistics and phenomenal analytical skills

  • Advanced MS Excel (Macros/VBA programming) and Power BI skills – ability to build dashboards

  • Working experience from a position that covered data analytics and technical skills above preferably from CPG/FMCG industry

  • Ability to master complexity and to work in matrix organization

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Flexible to travel 3-4 times a year
