Job Description

Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk a Globál Munkautasítás Tréner?

• Képzésszervezés és képzések hatékonyságának mérése , ezek riportálása fröccsöntési minőségirányítási mérőszoba területen

• Biztosítani a különböző műszakok közötti egységes tréning koncepciót és megvalósítást a területi vezetővel történt egyeztetést követően

• Együttműködés a minőségirányítási terület GJT kollégáival

• Új folyamatok kidolgozása és dokumentálása , meglevő folyamatok karbantartása, a Műszaki dokumentációs technikussal (TW) együttműködve

• A tréneri szervezet és a kapcsolódó területek, funkciók közti információáramlás biztosítása

• Globális projektekben Nyíregyháza képviselete

• Globális tréning anyagok bevezetése a nyíregyházi fröccsöntési minőségirányítási mérőszoba területén

Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:

• Középfokú végzettség

• Minőségirányítási vagy termelési területen szerzett (legalább 2 év) szakmai tapasztalat

• Kommunikációs szintű angol nyelvtudás

• Felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek

• Jó kommunikációs képesség

• Jó problémamegoldó képesség

• Önálló munkavégzés, terhelhetőség
