Core Responsibilities

  • External communication to 300+ customers not personally visited by the Field Sales team including information, request management, performance monitoring and driving sales opportunities

  • Internal communication to all relevant stakeholders (e.g.Key Account Management team, Marketing and Operations) and steering our Field Sales communication platformregardingcross-team exchange and collaboration.

  • Responsibility formaintainingour Field Sales tool “POP6” incl. implementing the upcoming Field Sales tasks, evaluating the collecteddataand driving forward further development.

  • Project Management andleadingof project groups around Field Sales priorities, driving them forward independently

  • Driving forward the eCommerce agenda of the team in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager and our eCommerce team.

  • Overall KPI tracking of all data collected by the Field Sales team and providing the results.

  • Organization of the Field Sales meetings and conferences.

Our Field Sales Force within the EUC Sales area (D-A-CH)is managingcustomers with direct turnover accountability as well as supporting our Key Account Management team at theircustomerspoint of sales.Furthermore,the team ensures a sufficient brand appearance on site, in Brick & Mortar as well as Online.

The Associate Field Sales Manager is one of the key driversregardingoperational leadership of our Field Sales Force, along our strategic agenda settled throughFieldSales Management Team.

As Associate Field Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn andutilizenumeroussales talents and continuously develop them through contact with manystakeholders.

  • Confirmed work experience,preferredwithin sales functionsbut not essential.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Teams,proficiencyin German and English both written and spoken.
