This position will give overall support to the Mould Maintenance department while collecting technical documentation of mould construction changes and updates, also supporting the Quality journey within the area, tracking the implementation of new capabilities in Mould Maintenance team as Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and supporting general administrative task in the area.

Core Responsabilities

  • Document and track Light Feedback and ECR (Engineering Change Request)

  • Follow up required ECR implementation.

  • Support in creating Excel and PPT reports to standardize information sharing among shifts.

  • Support in Tactical Initiative Projects and follow up on task related to them.

  • Support in Safety task follow up (Riks Opportunity Assessments, Proactive Safety Observations closure)

  • Data collection for problem solving analysis and KPIs reporting.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Education: from 6th semester and above preferably IMA, IIA, IIS

  • Proactive, responsible, and self-driven

  • Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel and Power Point and a plus if any Power Automate, power BI knowledge

  • Good at working individually but also with a team

  • Good communications written and oral both in Spanish and English (level medium or advanced preferred)
