We are looking for a Production/Wareouse Coordinator (Recently graduated) who can help to administrate information and reports of materials and equipment area.

Challenges:

  • Request process confirmations and verify employee knowledge.

  • Stop any activity that represents a security risk for the staff and does not meet the established standards of mortality.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Support to Warehouse Operation

  • Support in projects of Continuous Improvement of the department

  • Control and administration of the consumables account (emplaye and pallets)

  • Generation of operator performance reports

  • Monitoring and control of KPIs in the area

  • User of warehouse systems COMBI / SAP / WMS

  • Analysis of historical information of Material Flow processes (reports)

  • Responsible for carrying out and implementing assessment of lean manufacturing tools (LCI).

  • Deployment and monitoring of 5S methodology

  • Generation and monitoring of purchase orders

  • Responsible for preparing and managing the necessary documentation for the Module / Huddle meetings of the department related to the performance of the area, daily, weekly and monthly.

  • Support supervisors / managers in safety findings and "Continuous Improvement" tools.

  • Support the IMS audit processes.

Education

• Education: Engineering.

• Experience: 6 months of experience in Engineering areas.

• Skills: Proactive, interpersonal relationships, oral and written communication, analytical, leadership, teamwork, identify and evaluate potential problems, as well as solve and correct them in a timely manner.

• Knowledge: Intermediate English. Management of PC equipment in advanced level, lean tools.

Work Schedule

• Flexibility: This position is entitled to rotative (night & day) shifts on a 4X4 schedule.

• Availability: Able to work on weekends and holidays.
