Esta posición es responsable de las medidas robustas, repetibles y fiables de elementos a nivel de Especificaciones Técnicas en las piezas que llegan del proveedor y de las mediciones en piezas de acero después de la reparación.

Responsabilidades

  • Crear y generar los programas CMM requeridos con la calidad adecuada para la ejecución del departamento.

  • Realizar ajustes a los programas CMM para garantizar la fiabilidad de las mediciones.

  • Responsable de mediciones ad hoc, a menudo únicas.

  • Como pedidos especiales para CMS y Mantenimiento de Moldes.

  • Apoyar a los interesados internos y externos como CMS, Mantenimiento Preventivo y, externamente, apoyar la Calificación de Moldes, Procesamiento y Producción, en caso de problemas de calidad.

  • Participar activamente en el apoyo a las áreas estratégicas del departamento comprendiendo los problemas inmediatos. Ser activo en el departamento asumiendo tareas interdepartamentales (por ejemplo, LPP, LCI, participar en PPS).

  • Educación: Carrera Técnica en Maquinas y Herramientas, Dibujo Industrial o Afín.

  • Experiencia: Al menos 2 años en Metrología, Interpretación de dibujo técnico, Laboratorios, alineación de piezas, programación, etc.

  • Habilidades: Comunicación, Proactividad y trabajo en equipo.

  • Conocimiento: Autocad , solidworks y herramientas de medición.

  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, inglés intermedio.
