Join us as the Principal Product Manager for Inventory and Capacity Planning !

In this pivotal role, you'll drive the success of our I&CP digital product, aligning it with our strategic supply chain planning initiatives. Collaborating across global and regional teams to achieve our Portfolio Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Core Responsibilities

  • Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear, ambitious product vision that excites and aligns our teams across Operations and Digital & Technology

  • Roadmap Development: Translate strategic goals into a prioritised product roadmap, focusing on business value and customer experience.

  • Outcome Definition: Define the key outcomes, timelines, and success metrics. Set and communicate quarterly product OKRs.

  • Value Communication: Identify, agree and communicate value releases aligned with the product roadmap.

  • Product Discovery: Lead discovery efforts with teams and partners to experiment and test new ideas.

  • Continuous Improvement: Work closely with direct reports, the product team, and customers to continually improve the product and support day to day operations.

  • End-to-End Strategy: Drive the product strategy from inception to production.

  • User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX specialists to integrate usability studies and research into product requirements.

  • Clear Communication: Ensure partners understand priorities, developments, and changes.

  • Backlog Management: Maintain an active backlog with detailed user stories for future planning.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks early in product development.

  • Continuous Delivery: Nurture a culture of continuous discovery and incremental value release.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide insight and context on supply chain requirements.

This role is crucial in modernising and digitalising our Supply Chain Planning capabilities, optimising inventory and capacity planning to meet global supply chain and customer needs.

As a Product Manager you'll set the digital product vision and strategy, define OKRs, and align closely with partners. You'll lead a dedicated team, own the product backlog, and ensure significant value delivery for LEGO and our customers. Promote continuous improvement and recognise the potential to deliver outstanding LEGO experiences!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning in global manufacturing and omnichannel environments

  • Technically curious with a good grasp of scaled agile delivery.

  • Proven track-record in implementing Advanced Planning Systems (e.g. Kinaxis, SAP IBP, O9)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven collaborator with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to analyse customer and market data to identify trends.

  • Decisive and accountable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Skilled at leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organisation.

  • Strong track record in leading agile teams through the product life cycle
