As a Senior Brand Design Specialist at the LEGO Group, you'll drive and develop the LEGO Global Brand Identity, ensuring every brand expression reflects our values and resonates across diverse media. Core Responsibilities
·Develop and maintain the LEGO Global Brand Identity, ensuring it reflects LEGO values and provides a consistent, high-quality brand experience.
Present ideas to different internal partners.
Foster collaborative relationships with design specialists to align marketing design execution with the Global Brand Identity.
Provide brand design consulting across various media, including campaigns, packaging, games, apps, social media, videos, animations, in-store, and events.
Guide Masterbrand design decisions and consult on design strategy projects with LEGO entities, ensuring alignment across channels.
Facilitate cross-channel design collaboration through the Red Thread council, working closely with creative directors.
Partner with internal and external teams to conceptualize and innovate future LEGO products, play experiences, and communication, with occasional travel.

The LEGO Brand team is a creative powerhouse within the larger Design Experience Team. We are dedicated to developing visually stunning, world-class design work and marketing communications solutions for markets, while also protecting and governing the LEGO brand.
As a Brand Design specialist, you will lead the development of the global brand identity to drive consistency across all platforms and channels worldwide.
Please note: This is a position based in Copenhagen (alternatively Billund), Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?
From a design perspective we imagine the ideal candidate to bring 5+ years’ experience at a product or brand level. Moreover, we are looking for the following:
Expert in Adobe CS software and Motion Design - including experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere
Proven ability to design brand identities and for various touchpoints (print, digital, environmental, etc) preferably with major brands
Experience providing art direction and have strong skills in all phases of the design process (research, strategy, design, and execution).
Additional qualifications would be:
Demonstrated experience using design thinking and creative problem solving
Strong organization, communication, storytelling, and relationship management skills.
Needs strong evidence of an analytical approach and good judgment in decision making.
