Job Description

Do you have an eye for detail and background from manufacturing environment within the Procurement Function? Then, read our description below and apply for the role which is critical for smooth running of our factory in Kladno as you are handling the supply of our key materials.

Core Responsibilities

  • Contract management/coverage with our approved global vendors for Print&Pack category, direct ownership for decision-making of optimum size/price of orders for factories in The Czech Republic and Hungary

  • Daily work in SAP, management of procurement master data

  • Daily communication with suppliers, solving problems connected to the supply, delivery of orders, delays etc.

  • Collaboration with internal partners - Global Procurement, Planning, Supplier Quality Management

  • Participation in Quarterly Business Reviews with suppliers and internal S&OP meetings

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong experience from manufacturing environment within Procurement function – experience with procurement of direct materials/goods vital

  • Advanced English and Czech language (both spoken and written)

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • Good knowledge of SAP, solid IT skills, ability to learn quickly new systems and tools

  • Analytical mind who pays attention to details
