Production planning Senior manager is critical role as a central organization function to connect regional supply requirements to JIA manufacturing capability. By providing a feasible, stable, cost-effective short term production plan to meet customers demand and enable a smooth operation in JIA.
Core Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for FG planning team’s daily operation, cross-functions collaboration and KPI performance
Ensure a optimize production plan (0-13wks) generation and OTIF execution with consideration of demand, machine and labor capacity, operation efficiency, material availability etc..
Assess mid-long term production plan feasibility to market demand, support S&OP local consolidation
Continue improve FG planning process and tool to improve working efficiency and plan accuracy
Engage and drive collaboration with SIP, packing, NPI, quality, and other global and local functions
Take local lead role for FG planning related local/regional/global projects
Responsible for team members’ performance evaluation, target setting, job allocations etc.
Constantly support team members for their growth and developments
Do you have what it takes?
Approximately 3 years similar position and proven record in planning experience, FMCG or consumer goods industry are preferred
Deep knowledge of End-to-End planning process, Production Planning & Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Direct Labor Planning, Materials Management, S&OP Process
More than five years people leader experiences
Skillful English communicator
Good logic thinking, be numeric sensitive, attention to detail
Result oriented with continue improvement mindset
Familiar with SAP
