Core Responsibilities:

Detail scheduling planning and inventory management.

Master production schedule.

Maintain updated and optimized the detail schedulingplanning on daily bases.

Maintain updated and optimized the tools, systems andprocesses related to the detail scheduling planning andmaster production schedule activities.

Maintain updated the master production scheduleoptimizing main performance indicators as: changeovers, new generated excess inventory, use ofairfreight, bottlenecks and feasibility.

Optimize the inventory levels to secure production planfeasibility and eliminate excess and obsolete materials.

Report key performance indicators on time

Maintain aneffective collaboration with partners, customers andcounterparts in a local and global environment

Learn, implement, maintain and improve the tools andprocesses aligned with the Lego ContinuousImprovement Philosophy.Promote simplicity, coherence and improvements onsupply chain processes.

Responsible for the processes in local or global

Be a member of global team representing local site

Be capable to train new planners.

Be capable to solve the problem by providing deepanalysis to take needed actions for root cause

Be capable to execute the high level processes , e.g.tactical planning, mould classification, CHO budget

Represent local planning team in local/global forumsand actively participant on decision and bring/share theinformation to team

Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager

Do you have what it takes?

Proven insights in supply chain, production andinventory management of a manufacturing plant withcapacity limitations in equipment/materials,Understanding of a manufacturing organization and therelationship between its departments in a local andglobal environment.

ERP management systems (SAP, Baan, etc.), MSExcel, MS Access

Fluent English skill
