您的职责：
1、对单列线、双列线、外包线、Joker线中任意两种的维修保养工作非常熟悉，或非常擅长排除PP99产线或Processing设备的故障，能独立负责6条常开产线的排故工作
2、 对生产和非生产设备及设施开展日常维修 – 在现场进行维修或安全送回给供应商处进行维修
3、按照安排好的保养计划来开展产线设备的保养工作
4、为产线更换订单提供支持，为生产操作员操作设备提供支持
5、电子或机械文件的准备+协助流程的描述，熟悉产线所对应的技术文件（PM和CM文件，设备使用说明书，并定期评估PM内容）
6、与其它维修人员、工程师以及生产操作员合作开展工作
7、能够根据班组管理人员要求拟写停机超过60分钟的分析报告，能够使用Power BI进行数据分析
8、将维修信息传达给上级，并记录维修活动
9、确保工作完成以及工作场所整洁
10、遵循安全准则和工作指示，取得操作挂牌上锁资质
11、主动为出现的问题提供有效的解决方法，能够使用PDCA工具完成实际问题的解决，能够提供给班组不少于2场的技术相关分享
12、富有自我驱动精神
13、其它经理交予的工作任务
要求：
1、至少2年电气/机械工作经验或气动设备经验
2、具有技术相关教育背景，机械工程类优先（气动、机械结构）
3、能够操作电脑软件如微软、SAP系统
4、掌握CAD基础操作是一个优势
