Core Responsibilities

  • Working on the continuous improvement of our workplace experience by successfully driving implementation of industry leading practices and innovation initiatives

  • Support the day to day operations in the offices as well as ensuring a structured and caring leadership approach of an external team with focus on well-being, success and motivation

  • Creating a vibrant community, support on organising engagement events and activities

  • Ensure our workplace facilities are always looking and operating in impeccable and perfect condition

  • Proactive approach to a close collaboration with your internal workplace community and external facility service partner

  • Work closely with the Copenhagen Office council consisting of Senior Management

In order to achieve this, we are looking for an engaging and experienced workplace specialist with excellent leadership and people skills who can drive the daily workplace operations of the Hub.

This role will cover our 2 amazing Copenhagen offices is where approximately 500 employees work in different areas of our business across global and regional teams. It is a very special place with a great sense of community and collaboration.

Do you have what it takes?

  • In-depth facility- or hospitality management experience

  • Experience managing an external facility service partner – both operationally and performance, preferably an IFM (Integrated Facility Management) provider would be beneficial.

  • Significant exposure to a facility management function in a large international organisation

  • Experience in people leadership

  • Experience working in employee engagement and community building projects

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with and navigate a diverse group of collaborators up to the highest level

  • A proactive and service minded approach to problem solving that takes into consideration the employee, partner and visitor needs and expectations

  • Proficient in English both written and spoken
