In this role you will lead our data foundation, working closely with all leadership teams to deploy innovative capabilities and drive the development of new and future technologies.
Core Responsibilities
Lead CFO organization data foundation ambition and establish the roadmap for migration from legacy data platform to the new Core Data Platform. Drive execution and data governance by partnering with the data office / digital delivery teams
Ensure current and future tools deployed are fit for purpose and aligned with CFO & organizational strategy.
Deliver on our performance management initiatives including implementation of new planning platform and ESG reporting solution; lead the digital delivery team to enable execution
Set up the team to deploy ground breaking capabilities based on user cases e.g. Gen AI
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish Digital Priorities across CFO organization including driving executive sponsorship

Our Head of CFO Organization Analytics & Insights will be responsible for the accuracy and quality of all finance and non-finance data across the CFO organization. This role is pivotal in supporting our ambitions to be more digital and data driven by defining, crafting, and implementing the agreed digital priorities.
This is a highly visible and strategic position and will make you a central piece of our digital transformation. Strong leadership skills are critical to achieving our digital priorities linked to plan execution.
Do you have what it takes
10+ years experience driving Performance Management, Insights & Analytics projects across a finance organization
Expert knowledge of Finance Systems; experience in defining the business architecture for data foundation and performance management / reporting systems
Knowledge of data platforms and planning and reporting systems – specifically Power BI and Hyperion and/or OneStream
Proven change management experience demonstrating ability to work with senior leaders to drive process and technology changes
Experience in leading cross functional teams across digital and finance
Experience delivering multi-year digital projects within Finance Organizations of global matrixed organisations
Proven track record obtaining sponsorship for key initiatives from senior executives and drive execution
Leadership of teams spanning multiple geographies and nationalities
Nice to Have:
Engineering degree with financial experience or Finance degree with technical experience
Accounting qualification (ACA, MBA preferred)
Knowledge of leading projects in an agile setup.
Interest in learning new technologies.
