Job Description

Join us in Building Cyber Resilience at the LEGO group and be a key player in our Cyber Risk & Assurance team, shaping the LEGO Control Framework, monitoring security effectiveness, and driving assurance processes.

Please note there is NO relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and manage cyber governance process and compliance policy.

  • Proactively manage both internal and external obligations and requirements; contribute to and develop policies, processes, and standards.

  • Establish regular reporting mechanisms for measuring governance and compliance performance.

  • Develop and implement policies and standards for the Information System Continuity Plan (ISCP)

  • Educate control owners on compliance workflows and processes.

  • Support internal and external auditors or advisors as needed.

  • Conduct tests of security control of design and of operating effectiveness.

  • Identify observations and manage remediation tasks through to closure while adhering to strict deadlines.

The Digital Security team has the mission to make the LEGO Group cyber resilient. We are a fast-growing area structured in highly dedicated product and service teams who support all colleagues across the organization on all aspects of cybersecurity. Digital Security is an integral part of the LEGO Group’s strategy to leverage digitalization.

This role is within the Cybersecurity Assurance team, which is a part of the Cyber Risk & Assurance area. The Cybersecurity Assurance team provide product teams, partners, and regulators with a high level of confidence around our security practices, as well as directing and measuring our approach to security decision making. In combination, this helps to build a culture of accountability, fairness, and transparency.

Do you have what it takes?

Ideally you have 2 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity governance and compliance areas. You have demonstrated experience with at least one major security control framework (e.g. ISO, NIST, CIS, ISF, PCI etc.). In addition, you have understanding of compliance in an international organisation and you are willing to adopt transparency and asynchronous working practices.
