En tant que véritable ambassadeur de LEGO® et de ses valeurs, les missions principales du vendeur/caissier (H/F) s’articulent autour des axes suivants :
Accueillir chaque clientde manière personnalisée via unaccueil chaleureux, convivial et amusant (par le jeu)
Animer les aires de jeux pour faire découvrir nos produits
Conseilleret Vendre : grâce à votre écoute et votre expertise produits, vous orientez le client dans ses choix
Encaisser selon nos procédures et standards
Fidéliser notre clientèle en proposant la carte VIP et tout autre service pertinent.
Encourager le feedback de nos clients de sorte à optimiser notre qualité de service (NPS).
Mettre en place le merchandising et le visuel des produits en magasin
Participer à toute autre activitéselonles besoins du magasin.
