Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Merchandiser to help build an outstanding LEGO® digital shopper and consumer experience in our Benelux business. Bring passion for eCommerce, a proactive, analytical approach to help us reach more children and adult fans at one of the most loved brands!

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high quality and consistent online brand presence at retailer partners’ online sites.

  • Drive development and implementation of the Benelux digital merchandising strategy.

  • Play a critical role to implement with e-retailers and Agencies, creating roadmaps and driving digital merchandising activities, shaping the experience of LEGO shoppers, and ultimately building trust.

  • Drive weekly actions of our digital shelf performance to improve the shopper experience.

  • Coordinate and ensure digital assets (title, text, images, etc.) are optimized for all sites and campaigns.

  • Use the LEGO technology stack to deploy and scale the utilization of impactful assets, driving novelty, awareness, engagement, and conversion and establish technology at retail partners to automate and simplify asset deployment and data exchange.

  • Partner with regional eCommerce Centre of Excellence to develop forward-thinking, ecommerce-ready content and assets.

  • Continuous test & learn to remain at the forefront of new opportunities and trends.

The Benelux eCommerce sales team is aspiring to enhance the business potential in a sustainable way, be the best partner to our retail partners, whilst building the brand through engaging online and in-store experiences addressing both consumers and shoppers.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Fluent in Dutch as well as English language proficiency is a must.

  • Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce/digital department or Media, Digital/ Web Agency.

  • A proactive mentality and agile way of working from and end-to-end project perspective and a proven commercial understanding.

  • Good understanding of omni-channel shopper behaviour.

  • Proficient with Content Management Systems and web analytics tools with a curiosity to adopt new tools and tech.

  • Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel.

  • Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
