Core Responsibilities
As part ofthe Strategy & Transformation function, you will:
Work closely with theCSOto drive the strategic agenda inherarea
Collaboratewith the other Strategy Partners andacross functions to drive critical projects, strategy formulation andend-to-endproblem-solving to deliver against our sustainabilityagenda
Constructively challenge andprovidesparring to senior leaders on strategic challenges to improve leadership decisionsinsustainability
TranslateLEGO Group Sustainabilitystrategy into simple and clear communicationto thesenior leadership group andorganization
Preparematerialson behalf of the CSOthat go to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors forinput and / ordecision-making
Support CSO to ensure alignment andmobilisefor execution across theorganisation
Support CSO on ensuringherleadership team meetingsarerun wellandwith preparation ahead of senior meetings

Do you have what it takes?
The successful candidate comes with aMasters’ degree in Economics, Business Administration/ Management,Sustainability strategyor a similar field combined withextensiveprofessional experience. This includes:
Strategy experience in sustainability in consulting or corporate
Outstanding business partnering skills at an executive level and ability to build a strong network within theorganization
Ability to break down complexity and communicate it to executive leaders and a large organization.
Top-notch quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic,insightsand meaningful conclusions from complex businessproblems
Time spent with an international company working with key stakeholders across different markets, preferably in a strategiccapacity
Ability to collaborate effectively with global colleagues including working withdifferent cultures, in different timezones and in different formats (online and offline)
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to structure documents and quantitative analysis turning them into convincing storylines and presentations for executive levelinteraction
A ‘can do’-attitude to ensure things are acted upon in a fast-pacedenvironment
