Ensure that relevant content meets consumer behaviour

As our senior SEO manager, you will join the Search and Analytics Strategy department within the LEGO® agency. Our main task is to focus on efficiency and searchability of LEGO communication content across platforms. Driving the SEO strategy within the agency, we make sure that search is embedded in all communications, and doing so, you will help provide visible results in a consistent way for a large and complex organisation.

You will participate in cross-functional teamwork alongside colleagues from both digital marketing and development. Thus, you will reach out to a lot of different stakeholders across the organisation as you:

• Help define, plan and execute our SEO strategy for the LEGO agency

• Work with analysts to define user journeys and user search behaviour

• Define a monitoring framework to assess search performance

• Identify vendors and implement relevant tools to report on any factor which may affect organic search ranking

You will be based at our headquarters in Billund, Denmark, but you may expect this role to take you travelling during the year to visit our hubs, primarily in the US and the UK.

Good technical expertise and strategic insight

Our team may be small, but our stakeholders are many. Therefore, you need excellent communication skills and the ability to forge relationships across borders and functions. As you will be one of our main specialists on the area, you will experience a certain degree of freedom. With your strategic mindset, we trust you to make decisions and do what is right for the company. Moreover:

• You have proven experience working on SEO and search strategy at an international company or agency.

• You have experience driving search strategy projects, including mapping consumer journeys with a search perspective and putting into place monitoring solutions on a global scale.

• You have some knowledge of Sitecore, and any experience with statistics in R or Python is a plus.

• You speak and write English effortlessly and any knowledge of Spanish, German or Chinese will be considered an advantage.
