Core Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination

  • Develop comprehensive E2E project plans that align with the LEGO Group's values and objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure survey portfolio is delivered to the highest standard.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with key stakeholders, within People Insights and Analytics team, HR leadership team, relevant departments, and external vendors.

  • Facilitate communication between different LEGO teams to ensure we measure what matters and outcomes are aligned to strategies.

  • Address stakeholder concerns and provide regular project updates.

Survey Implementation

  • Collaborate with survey vendors and internal teams to design and implement most relevant Employee Surveys to the LEGO Group.

  • Ensure the survey methodology is innovative and aligns with the LEGO Group's commitment to excellence and our colleagues love the experience.

  • Oversee the distribution, collection, and analysis of survey responses, turning data into actionable insights.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Work with data analysts to interpret survey results. Prepare comprehensive reports for leadership, showcasing key findings and areas for building even better employee engagement.

  • Assist in developing strategies based on survey data to enhance the LEGO Group's unique workplace culture.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the survey methodology.

  • Implement feedback mechanisms for ongoing enhancement of the Employee Survey portfolio.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and employee listening, bringing fresh ideas to the LEGO Group.

  • Contribute to the design of the future Employee Listening strategy for the LEGO Group.

Be part of a team dedicated to innovative research that drives colleague engagement across the LEGO Group. Our work ranges from executing the annual engagement survey through pulse and other surveys to contributing to HR projects in Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, and more.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor or master’s degree within Business Studies, HR, Psychology or similar; and has extensive years of professional experience managing employee survey platforms and processes.

Moreover, shows proven experience in project management, particularly in employee engagement initiatives; familiarity with survey methodologies and data analysis tools, and a passion and skill for turning data into meaningful stories.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate:

  • Excellent project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and an appreciation for the precision.

  • An analytical mindset, with a clear problem-solving approach.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at various levels.

  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
