We do not offer relocation package for this position.

Core Responsibilities

As part of our Reward Resource Center, you will join a team of energized and dedicated colleagues to implement reward processes and projects and deliver important data insights and recommendations. As a specialist, you will be collaborating closely with our Reward partners and the local HR teams, you will get familiarized with many aspects of HR and Reward processes. Moreover, you will:

  • Take part in our annual reward processes e.g. merit reviews, country benchmarking, performance management, bonus payout and promotion etc. and identify continued improvement opportunities.

  • Support in maintaining our global Job catalogue, career landscape and monitor the organizational design.

  • Assess relevant metrics throughout the company and stay close to external market trends.

  • Crunch data and deliver relevant key reward analysis and insights for HR and business to make informed decisions (main tools are Workday, Power BI and Visier).

  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests, including preparing presentations with find findings and recommendations. and participate in ad hoc projects.

  • Accruals, cost estimation and quality controls

  • Prepare salary packages and engage in conversations with hiring managers

  • Prepare presentations with findings and recommendations

Do you have what it takes?

We would expect 5 years+ relevant experience combined with a strong analytical mind-set as well as you are comfortable with working on large data volumes using MS Excel and other tools. In addition, you bring excellent communication skills, a structured work approach and advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing. As a person, you are eager to learn, open-minded and curious, coupled with the motivation to work in an international environment. Finally, we hope you are confident bringing new ideas to the table and challenge status quo to help optimize the way we do things.
