Job Description

The LEGO® Group is seeking a passionate leader with proven success in conceptualising and embedding behavioural and cultural change initiatives in large scale organisations. This position will sit within the People, Places and Culture organisation and report into the VP Talent.

Core Responsibilities

  • You will be defining the approach and delivery of the Leadership Playground – The LEGO Groups leadership behavioural framework, framing it in the context of the LEGO Group today.

  • You will hold overall responsibility for the management and energising of our community of 2,100+ Playground Builders representing all regions, tenures, levels and populations of colleagues: salaried, production and LEGO branded stores.

  • Management of senior stakeholders, influencing and creating connection to the overall Leadership Playground agenda.

  • Establishing networks and influence to ensure the Leadership Playground principles are at the core of our key employee experiences – learning and development, onboarding, performance etc.

  • Design, delivery and facilitation of iconic workshops and events for Playground Builders, including development of new rituals and tools which inspire everyday behaviours of bravery, focus and curiosity.

  • Management of agencies and third parties to support on workshops, content, graphic design to create iconic experiences.

  • Create and evaluate existing metrics (e.g. People Pulse) to assess the impact of behavioural change the Leadership Playground has (and can have) on team and organisational performance.

  • Ultimately responsible for the commercials and budget for the Leadership Playground.

Do you have what it takes

  • Significant experience developing and delivering people and culture agendas

  • Proven experience leading and embedding people change programs.

  • Deep experience in behavioural change, taking ambitious vision into pragmatic execution.

  • Passionate about creating cultural transformation in organisations that enable inclusive, high performance from every employee.

  • Easily builds trust with partners and stakeholders, comfortable working as a cross functional team on a global agenda.

  • Clear and concise communicator – verbal and written. Ability to unite people behind a common cause, running large programs, setting direction and creating structure.
