Job Description

Core Responsibilities
Contribute to scale LEGO fandom across audiences by utilizing the OESP marketing model and support the Build, Direct Lasting Relationships (BDLR) strategy. Drive value creation for LEGO fan Creators and collaborators across the LEGO Group for mutual benefit.
Build and implement the overall fan media business strategy and its value proposition, business rationale and case along with operational infrastructure for collaboration with fan creators
Collaborate with customers to make sure the program aligns with and supports Portfolio, Brand and Commercial objectives
Define annual critical metrics and quarterly goals and achievements for implementing and operating the program in collaboration with DCE matrix
Arrange the overall development of the Creator program within the LEGO organization and secure company-wide integration
Track performance and outcomes - leverage data and analytics to build a proven foundation of insights regarding performance of creator driven value creation to guide further program development and target setting
Drive the continuous development roadmap for the program with evolved strategic frameworks and collaboration with partners to constantly ensure that the program to meet Creator and Business needs
Ensure that significant and measurable value is crafted for both Creators and the LEGO Group, proven in OESP and support the BDLR strategy

Digital Consumer Engagement is transforming to deliver direct and long-lasting relationships with consumers. This role sits within our Grown-Ups Engagement team who strive to bring adults closer to our products. No matter if they’re a parent, gift-giver, AFOL, or all three.
Do you have what it takes?
Competence in building strategy and driving business/value creation in a global, matrixed organization
A deep understanding of marketing and content strategy in the context of an international sophisticated organization
Be a thought-leader who drives the LEGO Creator program forward with many internal and external partners and keeps it ahead of the curve
Strong understanding of the nature of fandom
Experience in using data to identify and describe consumer/fan segments in an addressable way and to measure audience health
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge around ‘the Creator Economy’, how it works, how mutual value is created and how this area is constantly evolving
Location: Billund, Denmark, with a flexible work model allowing 2 days/week remote.
