Core Responsibilities

In this role, you willbe responsible fordelivering world-class marketing assets, primarily for LEGO® Speed Champions.

Campaign Development & Implementation:

  • Be the go-to-personin the development of communication related materials,e.g.packaging, building instructions, brand catalogue, core product assets and product text

  • Participate in developing the strongest possible global launch and marketingplan

  • Drive campaign development and execution from brief to final delivery, based on foundational insights and in close collaboration with the Sr. Marketing Manager, advertising- and media agency, and our lead markets

  • Collaborate with team members in the internal ecosystem and externalIPpartners to ensure strong brand presence across alltouchpoints

  • Support and interact with markets in implementation and executing of globalplans

Portfolio Development & Management:

  • Handle portfolio and assortment systems andMasterdata(product, pricing, revenue)

  • Participate in innovation process from concept andonwards

  • Selling in the portfolio to markets globally through selling-in document and face-to-face presentations to global markets andcustomers

Business Monitoring:

  • Collaborate with our Cross Franchise Marketing team to ensure our Product Plan is set up and updated in relation to key milestones

  • Participate in securing a profitable and highly productive portfolio ofproducts

  • Ensure high visibility in the business performance of the franchiseon a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis as well asadhoc

  • Produce insights and recommendations on historic,current,andforward-lookingfranchise revenueprojections

Please note there is no relocation support offered for this role based in Billund ( DK ) . The parental cover is expected to run for 10-12 months.

You will join the global marketing team for the LEGO® Speed Champions and LEGO® Technic. We develop and manage the global portfolio of concepts and products andare responsible forbuilding a portfolio which can deliver to the consumer sales and profitabilityobjectives.

Together with us, you will work dedicated toidentifyingconceptual opportunities based on the overall marketingobjectivesand strategies, as well as developing these opportunities into strong product and marketing concepts for the global market.This includes developing packaging and campaign material and approving product and campaign execution.
