Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Adhered to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborated with engineers or designers for custom jobs or to refine manufacturing processes
Support mould repair and spare parts manufacturing.
Make the spare parts according to drawing and meet the dimensions requirement.
Use the precision machine (EDM, Wire-Cut) to manufacture the parts according to requirement.
Operate machines in tool shop (milling machine grinding machine turning machine), maintain machines.
Be familiar with mould construction and production. interpretation of drawing
Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.
Do you have what it takes?
At least 3 years' experience in similar position in Mould Maintenance, Mould Repair or Machinery Technician.
Know how to operate and Programing presecion CNC Milling machine, Wire-cut, EDM. Basic knowledge of injection mould / technical drawings.
Have knowledge of Operate system HEIDENHAIN is a plus - and is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior.
Degree in engineering, or mechanical is a plus.
Strong problem-solving
Fluently communication
Ability to work well in a team
High level of manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
